We will process and ship your order within 48 hours of verification from our warehouse in Mona Vale NSW. We do not ship outside of Australia.
Depending on where you live, your product will be delivered by Australia Post or Fastway Couriers (or similar provider).
Please allow 3 -4 days for this process.
If you are not completely satisfied with your new product simply return the merchandise with your shipping docket and invoice. We'll be 100% happy to offer a replacement, exchange or refund providing the product is in as new condition including packaging.
If an item fails to perform to requirement, please contact us via the options held on the contacts page of the website before shipping back to us.
